This is an educational distance-learning program, and some courts and DMVs do not accept online courses. While we do offer a money-back guarantee, it is best to verify acceptance with your court or other legal authority before registering.
No credit, certificate, or refund will be provided if anyone else completes the class for you or helps you using another person or electronic means. By enrolling, you certify under penalty of perjury that you personally completed all course materials, lessons, quizzes, and the final exam. You also understand that making false statements or submitting falsified documents to a court or other authority may be a felony.
If a refund is requested after class completion, Online Alcohol Class may require for written verification that your certificate was declined.
We cannot issue refunds for the cost of upgraded shipping if we have already shipped the certificate. We cannot issue refunds for shipping carrier delays or delivery issues.
