There is no software to download and nothing saved to your hard drive. Some courses use the Macromedia Flash plug-in. This product is free and can be downloaded and installed at registration.

4. How does Online Alcohol Class compare to other classes

The Minor in Possession (MIP) class is specially designed for minors (people under 21 years of age). 6. Do I have to take the class in one sitting?

No. You can sign in and sign out as many times as you like in order to complete the class. When you sign out your current progress is saved automatically. So when you sign in again, you'll start the course exactly where you left off.

7. Do I need to save my work?

Your registration and payment information are automatically saved. You must finish each lesson page completely in order to receive credit for that page. Simply sign in using your user name and password and we automatically keep track of the course work completed, so the next time you sign in, you can pick up where you left off.

8. How long will it take me to complete this course?

The course length is the average time a student of normal reading ability would take to complete the class. The length of the course depends on the number of hours of the particular course your purchased. For example our 8 hour class is timed to take 8 hour total for a normal reader. Faster readers will still have to take the class in 8 hour in order to meet regulatory requirements. Slower readers can taken more than the required 8 hours.

9. What certificate delivery options do I have?

We offer various delivery options. Your course tuition includes regular mailing of your certificate. For your convenience, we also offer premium delivery services for an additional cost. Overnight delivery costs an additional $45.00 and will be delivered the next business day. If you live in a rural area, delivery delays may occur. And delivery is not available on holidays or weekends.

10. What is the Completion Certificate?

Our Completion Certificate is a standard for used by alcohol awareness and drug education programs. It simply states "Alcohol and Drug Education (or Minor in Possession Class) Completion Certificate". Also included on the certificate is your name, date of birth, case number (if for court), address, phone number, and date of completion.

11. I forgot my password. How can I find out what it is?

If you provided a valid email address upon registering for the course, click here to go to our password retrieval form. We will email your user name and password to the email address associated with your account.
