1. Do you accept most major forms of payment?

Yes. We accept most major credit cards (Amex, Visa, and MasterCard) as payment for enrollment. All costs must be paid in full before accessing the course material. Your personal information, as well as credit card data will remain confidential, as they are processed through our secure payment processing system.

2. How do I access the necessary materials on the site?

Much like logging into your personal email, you choose a unique username and password during the enrollment process. This information allows you to enter/exit the site as you please, ultimately working at your own pace.

3. Can I access the site every day? What if I am too busy?

Yes. You can access OAC 24/7 on any mobile device or computer with Internet access. This allows users to start and stop work at their convenience. If you are working towards a court-ordered date of completion, however, please keep in mind the final date in which the program must be completed.

4. How do the quizzes work? Do they count against my final score?

The quizzes are designed to be highly educational and helpful in preparing you for the final exam. To pass the course, you must score eighty percent or higher on the exam. If you do not achieve this score the first time, you are allowed to re-take the Manitoba final exam until you do so (at no extra cost).

5. How do I receive my certificate of completion?

Once you have completed OAC, a certificate of completion will be shipped to you via first-class mail. If your court-ordered date is rapidly approaching, there are upgraded shipping options for you to chose.
